About shipping costs


Your total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout along with the total price of your selected products. Free shipping does not apply to addresses located in remote and extended remote areas (as defined by the carrier).

Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and delivered to your location via USPS.

We currently offer the following USPS delivery options:

UPS Ground - Delivery is guaranteed within 1-5 business days of the package leaving our warehouse, and tracking information will be included with each shipment. Packages in some states require an adult signature upon delivery* and we do not offer P.O. Box delivery.


USPS SurePost - Packages shipped with UPS SurePost are expected to arrive within 4-8 business days of being shipped and all packages can be tracked online with a tracking number.


USPS 2nd Day Air - Estimated delivery time for this shipping method is 2 business days after the package leaves the warehouse. For packages shipped using USPS 2nd Day Air, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Packages in certain states require an adult signature upon delivery* P.O. Boxes will not accept deliveries.


The following states have additional shipping charges and require a USPS adult signature upon delivery.

We are actively working to add more shipping options for our customers to ensure that each of our valued customers is able to choose the shipping method that best suits their needs.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, delays may occur if we are waiting for products to be restocked or if the customer needs to update their order information.

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking number and information on where you can track your package.

Incorrect delivery address
Always be careful when providing a delivery address for your order - be sure to double check the information before completing your order! This is because we will not be able to guarantee that the goods will be delivered if the address given when the goods are shipped is incorrect. If the address is incorrect, we will not refund or reship the goods.

If you find an incorrect address while we are processing your order, please email us info@us-zyns.com as soon as possible so that we can change the address before the goods leave the warehouse.
